the location was really great. the duomo was at the end of the street. the hotel was beautifully decorated and the service was amazing! two luggage racks in the room were much appreciated.
the breakfast was ok though a bit too much selection. i found the taste and ambiance just ok. the shower was not roomy enough, it was difficult to move without hitting the side of the shower walls.

insufficient lightingslippery shower tray
I found a couple of issues . The room lighting was insufficient. It was actually hard to see clearly in the evenings. I have to mention the shower tray felt dangerously slippery! I nearly fell a couple of times. This is something they REALLY need to address for guest safety.

Excellent Hotel Experience!

the staff greeted us with a complimentary glass of prosecco and juice. they promptly assisted with luggage upon arrival. they also arranged an airport transfer car with very little notice. the staff even personally called the driver when we left some items behind.
the breakfast selection was extensive though only of average quality, in my opinion! it did not fully justify the price.

the hotel provides convenient parking with a service to deliver the car right to the front door. this service made our arrival and departure very smooth. it added great convenience to our stay.

a huge buffet breakfast presented a delicious assortment of food choices each morning. made to order coffees were available, too. the lobby bar was great for an afternoon drink, and it had everything you needed.

Bernardo assisted me with our check-out. the breakfast was really good. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit selections. corinna and francesco made amazing negronis at the bar! the room was quiet and relaxing. the hotel surprised me with complimentary snacks, fruit, and water throughout the day. upon arrival, i received a cappuccino and pastries, along with a chocolate bar delivered to my room with a beautiful note.
the common areas had a noticeable ammonia odor, possibly from cleaning products. i avoided the lobby because of it.

the hotel features a bar near reception, offering happy hour between 6 pm and 8 pm. a mini-bar stocked daily with complimentary drinks and snacks is a bonus. it seemed like a treat with so many quality items.

I appreciated the minibar being complimentary. It was restocked daily with water, beer, and snacks! our room had high ceilings was nice, though the furniture was arranged efficiently. the bathroom featured a great shower, and i found the towels to be large and very soft. the staff was always available and ready to help with directions or recommendations!
the breakfast selection was extensive! it could have benefited from a few more gluten-free options.

I found the breakfast buffet had a good assortment of food included. the front desk staff were helpful. we felt very welcomed. i appreciated being upgraded to an very nice suite. It was huge with a large living room.
